…blech why would you want them 100% meat and that large? That’s how they turn out as nothing but gristle. It’s gotta have a starch like breadcrumbs, a veggie like onion or garlic, and looots of spices. Otherwise its like eating a greasy, spherical burger (the McBall; now available at a Mickey D’s near you. For a limited time only, two for the price of one!).
If you make the meat balls right they actually taste good. When I make them I use the same ground beef I use to make Hamburgers. I take dry spaghetti mix and mix it with the ground beef. Then I shape them into little balls and cook them. After they are cooked and drained you mix them into the rest of the spaghetti and they are yummy.
Also some one had mentioned Meat loaf that is good too also if done right. Those are made a lot different though.
Oh I should mention I have yet to have Gristle in my meat balls or meat loaf but I have yet gristle in stack before. OMG I did not like stack growing up as my mom made it really bad it was like eating rubber.
Meatballs are better off flushed , before the grow into their adult form the dreaded maetloaf (bleh)
Really? I think it’s not that bad.
Well, I use to like them. Now somehow they seem, childish, more like.
Well, then you haven’t had my mom’s meatballs. They’re about the size of tennis balls and 100% meat.
Tennis balls! I bet you don’t get many of them to the pound!

The heck kinda meatballs are eaten where you live?
Bitch mode…rising. XD
Meat balls the spicy south asian style are the best but love Ray’s comments
Meatballs are just wet Hamburgers IMO
